    YES!!!! Thank you for the “courage” to pull this video together!
    One simple rule to go by: when something natural is taken out, crap goes in, be it gluten-free OR fat-free foods. Soy is dangerous and horrible for the environment.
    The marketing hype on 3 meals a day and dangerous substitutions has gone on for wayyyyy too long.
    Why is margarine and sugar substitites still on the shelves??‍♂️
