I've been struggling…finally sharing

I’m just been really struggling lately. Things could always be so much worse, but I still thought I’d share some details of what’s been going on. Maybe it’ll make you (or others watching) feel not so alone. Life isn’t perfect and we all deal with something!! I’m so thankful for you all though…truly!!!

    Shea, you are allowed to be sad….I struggle with allowing myself to process feelings of struggle…but then the feelings build up and then I struggle more ! We are all here; on our sometimes painful journeys; and why not support each other ! 🤗

    You don’t have to justify your level of suffering in relation to others. If it’s terrible for you, it’s terrible. Illness is not a penalty tax for your otherwise happy life. It’s entirely reasonable to want to not suffer; that’snot whining or a sign or moral laxity.
    Consider seeing a therapist who deals with chronic illness to help teach you some tools tol help you to feel less helpless and hopeless.
    Also, ask your Drs for referral to a nutritionist. They can give you a healthy way to drink meals or eat soft foods. A few to try in the meanwhile: Mediclear added to a calorie dense powder like Orgain, Aloha, or Vega powders
    in room temp liquid of your choice or Carnation Instant breakfast in milk or a dairy free substitute.
    A green or vitamin powder like Garden of Life Lemongrass pineapple tastes better than most and works in water or juice. Ready made options include: Orgain (vegan or milk), Ownyn, Breeze or Boost drinks.
