I've been struggling…finally sharing

I’m just been really struggling lately. Things could always be so much worse, but I still thought I’d share some details of what’s been going on. Maybe it’ll make you (or others watching) feel not so alone. Life isn’t perfect and we all deal with something!! I’m so thankful for you all though…truly!!!

    I have TERRIBLE teeth. I do and buy everything and anything recommended by dentists, physicians, hygienists. I dread going to the dentist, every six months I have my “check up” and EVERYTIME I must make an appointment a few weeks after for more fillings replaced or new drilling. I am learning more and more about the whole body impact on dental health…the teeth are SECONDARY to something else. Every time I eat something, I hold my breath when starting to chew cause i know I will feel that zing of pain and then I’m done. I feel gross, like I don’t brush my teeth or that I rinse with CocaCola after each meal, it I don’t. I use prescription toothpaste, extra fluoride, floss many times throughout the day. I also use the dry mouth lose fea and the new mineral-building gum, chews, lozenges, and the list goes on. Every one of my teeth has a filling and I have 3 root canals, I’m 39. Ugh, I’m over it. I’m so glad someone is pointing attention to this bad teeth issue, I’m not alone! Anyway, thank you and stay well all 🙂

    I hear you! I took a break from social media for the past year because I just didn’t feel it. I tried coming back but just didn’t feel it in my heart. Now I’m trying again but this time I’m talking about the challenges and my audience feels and relates to it. Everyone IS dealing with something. It’s sometimes comforting to know we’re not alone.

    Shea, thank you for doing this- making this video. Not sure you’ll read my comment – late to the game lol- but if you do – check out about acid-alkaline balance in our body. There are tons of info out there. I learned it with Barbara O’Neil (free recordings of health seminars) videos. Foods that leave our bodies acidified are leaching our calcium (teeth??).. those are the foods that we consume most often (sweets, animal fats, meats, breads, coffee, sodas…and surprisingly dairy!) Lemons make our blood more alkaline, sesame seeds are the the richest source of digestible calcium on earth, broccoli and spinach (cooked or raw doesn’t matter..) are way better source of calcium than dairy because more of it gets digested and stays.. anyway- maybe you already know what I am talking about. By the way – my teeth also “went” after pregnancy. Keep on fixing- the way I look at it- maybe in the old age I’ll have the best teeth ever – (all implants lol)
