1 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
1 1/2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
1 TBSP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
1 TBSP GINGER PASTE
1 TBSP WATER
1/2 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
1/2 TSP SESAME OIL
A LITTLE CILANTRO
I like to make extra (minus oyster sauce) and pour over salmon right before removing from the pan
